Wondered if anyone can help. Had the tenders back for our garage conversion. The work will cost about £50k. Then there's the ceiling hoist to add.
All discussions to date have been along the lines that we will have to pay anything over £35 (which includes fees).
Never envisaged it would cost this much and am wondering if anyone has any advice as we simply can't afford £30k or however much the excess ends up being.
LA has really tightened up on enforcing £35k limit apparently.
