Blinging up a child's wheelchair - Help!

My friend's son wants to bling up his wheelchair either in a Monster or Ferrari design. Does anyone know companies that will do this for low cost please? He wants people to look at the cool wheelchair rather than him.

what chair does he have? There's fred storey that sell a range of spoke guards, light up casters etc. Or of you have plain spoke guards, those bedroom stick around stickers work really well on them, my dd3 has flowers and butterflies from wilkinsons for about a tenner. There's plenty of sellers on facebook, if you're on there, that will make seat covers/accessories in whatever fabric you choose. Asda have just started selling coloured/patterned duck tape which is fab for frames but do check with wcs first as it leaves a sticky residue when removed and they may not be happy!
