this may sounds really dim but i need advice please.

Were due to get our mobility car in the next few weeks and i wondered whos responsablity is to replace things like bulbs when they go?

they are. all u need to do is check everything is ok.

if a bulb goes, they deal with it. if a fuse goes, they deal with it.
