I've just discovered these bracelets. They come in a variety of colours and I think I'm right in saying they're adult sized but can be cut down to fit. You customise the message on the front to suit your circs.
I've just ordered a pink one for DD 
. Not cheap at £21 inc delivery but reassuring for me to have her name, the fact that she's non-verbal and mine and DH's mobile numbers on there in case she were ever to wander off in a public place.
Probably been around for ages but just in case it's useful to anyone...
