I have a sitter who has done an equivalent of gcse from abroad. She now wants to learn aba. She observes the tutors and soon I will get our daughter's experienced tutors to train her on self help and then try out new targets. She is good with children and has been a trainee in a nursery before. Has a 4 yr old of her own too.

She however thinks that attending workshops and hands on training isn't going to be enough in the long run and some formal qualifications and certifcates will be useful.

Is doing the peach introductory course a good place to start? I don't think she can do A levels etc yet.

Thx
