My guess is she has been encouraged to do this by other children. She probably did it once and they laughed and smiled at her and she enjoyed their reaction.

I would just tell her straight that she is not to do it ever, even if others ask her to. I wouldn't get into an explanation of why not other than 'we do not show our bottom to other people, unless they are a doctor'.

Hi my dd2 who is four has gone through a stage of stripping and weeing on the floor a lady who I met who was a foster carer suggested putting dd in a swimsuit under her clothes I don't know if that would help obviously if your dd is toilet trained it wouldn't be practical
