Griffiths Test

If a child of 3 has been assessed on the Griffiths test as being about a year developmentally delayed in speech and language does anyone have any idea as to the longer term prognosis for that or is this too vague?

TIA

I don't think it would be possible to give any sort of prognosis. All the griffiths tests (and similar) can do, is assess roughly where a child is, and monitor their progress.
