Yesterday i got the papers from SENDIST confirming the tribunal hearing.
On Monday on the advice of our psych i wrote the manager of SEN dept a letter asking for a meeting to be arranged to discuss DS reintetration/support to return to school.

This morning i got a call from the Head of the Home tuition service.
First she pretended that she didnt know which school DS was registered at and then when i told her she said that the SENCO would be expecting him in next Thursday.
Just like that.

So i said no, we need a meeting arranged to discuss support etc and she started stuttering and asked me for our psych,s tel no.

I have had no reply to my letter.
Me thinks that they are trying to bully us into putting DS back into school as it will look good for them at the tribunal.
