She is screaming when she does it with full tears. I believe she doesn't like the sensation but she isn't vocal enough to explain that. All she says is screams I farted. I'm worried this will escalate and she will be scared to poo because of the sensation. What the hell can I do about it?

Poor her! Could you be very vocal about farting yourself for a while? Really ham it up and make a big deal out of it?

Sounds mad but try and desensitise that area. I know this is a social sensitive area to deal with. But when washing her use different textures eg flannel, shower scrunchy, j cloth, sponge , shammy leather etc. start with one and introduce another in a weeks time.
Try vibration cushions. That stop and start when she sits on them.
I don't know her level but would a social story about farting help.
When she farts give her a treat or praise or whatever she sees as a reward.
Get a fart cusion that she can set off and you all clap. Or a fart machine thing. In case it's the noise she hates.
I hope that helps a little bit. Good luck.

Poor lamb :( Is she possibly constipated? That can make farting uncomfortable.

Thank you I don't believe she is constipated.
