My 4 yo DS has a balanced diet but was thinking of giving him some vitamin supplements. He has no dx for ASD but we are thinking he may have very mild Aspergers (if there such a thing) and are hoping it will aid with focus and concentration (with listening and conversation). I've come across Floradix Saludynam Liquid Calcium/ Magnesium/ Zinc and Vitamin D Formula, Igennus Vegepa 500mg Caps and Behaviour Balance liquid DMG but am now a bit Confused about combinations/doses of these or if there is anything better out there now. Please advise.

TIA

I used to use a combination of floradix saludynam, floradix kindervital and the vegepa chewables with dd and saw good results in her concentration/attention and listening. She only has the vegepa at the moment just because I was trying to find an alternative to the floradix as they only last a certain time once open (few weeks) and I was wasting a lot as she only had some once a day but I did find the combination really good
