2 kids - both have special needs.
1 statemented already - 1 about to be.
once both have their statements - how do you go about moving to the other side of the country?
looking like my husband job will change in next 6 months - complete relocation.
if only just got a school named on the new statement - can we change within the first year when we move?
where do I start looking to find 2 schools in new area that will suit them both? will the local la help me or am I completely on my own.
Would you mention this move at annual review or as the statement is drawn up.
Please tell me we're not going to have to have them both reassessed for Statements (or EHC plans as they will now be) in the new area. can't bear the thought of going through the statementing process again.
Does the new LA have to honour the existing statement.
Sorry so many questions - but can't get my head around this move at all.
