2 weeks in a row I have changed ALL the beds and DT1(possible ASD) has S* all over them- all expect his own

I am at the end of my tether

proud that he has an incline to go to the toilet but so damned stressed with all the mess.

I know he's only 2.5 by my god it has to get better

Do you mean every night 2 weeks in a row? I have to change DS's bedclothes EVERY morning due to bed wetting and have done so for about 3 years (he is now 11). At least its not poo. The worst thing is that DD's night-time nappies have started leaking and I had to change and wash both 3 mornings in a row last week I've reduced her evening milk and got her to drink it earlier.
I used to get very upset about the daily bed changing and washing and I'd get cross with DS. Then I decided to just accept it as its not his fault (I think medication-related). I do find it really exasperating but I don't get angry about it. I've also got plenty of waterproof sheets and wee soakers and make with at least 2 layers so I can just strip one off if I have to go up in the middle of the night. I've been begging DH for another washing machine upstairs for ages and I think we'll get one when we get round to it. At least then I don't have to lug it all downstairs (our washing machine is in the effing cellar fgs!) and then just lug it all back up again.

oh yes poo is something else isn';t it. Having moaned about ds1's months and months and months of wet beds - moaned repeatedly- although am feeling rather shamed by Davros now (although in my defence ds1 is just doing it because its routine- no physical reason) he managed too tread poo into his carpet last week. There was smoething soul destoying about cleaning it up at 11.30pm by torchlight.

Hope your ds stops soon......

oh ds1 reads this I'm sure. Up 4 times with him last night. iN the end he did a massive poo by his bedroom door at 5.30 (got upset about it bless him) - which explains the restlessness.

So hey ho now I have pooo to clean up (dh has a day off today so left him to do breakfast etc- cordoned off ds1's room..... and now the poo is beckoning). Give me strenght. We got through 3 changes of wet bed clothes last night as well (ran out of kylies).

One of my best investments is a waterproof duvet from Fledglings. Not cheap but excellent. I still wash duvets quite often but not every day. I did have a couple of years of poo/wee soup too When DS has to be confined to his room at night for saftey we used to leave a potty in there and he went through a long phase of tipping it all out and sliding around in it, now that was exasperating!

you have laminate don't you davros? We decorated his room when he was passive (and in nappies- he'd be in them now if he'd bloody stay in them), and have carpet. How f* stupid was that?

Those duvets are on my list (we have a stupid plastic cover at the moment but he always manages to wee on the exposed corner). Am hoping to stock them as well......

Mm we have carpet in ds's room which was the landlord's choice not ours (a nice cream colour -perfect). After the last treading poo everywhere incident I covered it with a big floppy rug that can at least go in the washing machine (and is already poo colour ).

Oh poor you . Have ahd a few minor cases of this and that was enough.

Do have carpet problems though- have to replace the cream ones in his bedroom as he stole (a while back) matches from a shop and burned through the carpet . We also ahve to repaint his room after ooh, a week? He's chipped half the paint off.

We have laminate NOW We also had carpet but it had to go.... The problem now is the racket he makes clomping around and jumping up and down!
