My mornings are a nightmare.......

Ds 1 has ADHD, just givin him his meds, waiting fot it to work.
He is on floor right beside me squirming, now he has jumped off bed and head butted bookcase and ran out of room laughing.
Lets hope he calms soon before he does himself an injury.

Can you get out today? Always makes me feel better if I get out for a few hours and actually does the kids good too!

dd has adhd and getting out in the morning used to be sooo stressful - we have it a bit better sorted now - good luck as the school term starts - how old is he?
