our tribunal final evidence deadline is looming and I have not yet recieved my indie EP report. I should have it by email by wednesday. does anyone know if I can email final evidence to the tribunal or does it have to be posted?
I have indie EP salt and ot reports that I will be submitting but does anyone know if I can also submit my own written report? the LA have included a load of lies in their case statement and I want to put this straight. has anyone done this before?

Can phone them & get consent to submit by email or fax.

Yes you can email your evidence. Prepare an opening statement which then you can point out which parts of The LA's case statement is incorrect and back this up with facts in your bundle and reiterate these points in your closing statement. The tribunal is where this battle needs to commence now don't rise to any LA bait which is intended to make you look like a deranged fruitcake.

I did put in a written parental statement in reply to the la defence (to rebut lies). I kept it calm and factual but as we didn't touch on much of this on the day for me it was important to know the panel had read my statement and that what had been said was untrue. It also meant I didn't walk away annoyed that there was nothing I hadnt had a chance to say (which i would have if the lies had gone unchallenged) as although I didn't say it on the day I at least knew the panel had read it. I also knew the LA witnesses would be really unpleasant on the day (which they were) and I didn't want to be getting angry or upset (which would have played into LA hands) so was able just to direct panel to what I had said already. For me it took a lot of heat and pressure out of the day (and I suspect made the LA look very dodgy before we even walked in as we had put in written evidence that proved they were lying- they had they cheek to complain about us putting in so much evidence late in the day but we said we had no idea they were going to run the arguments they did against us so hadn't anticipated this evidence would need to go in the bundle - so in effect the complaint was we put in evidence which proved they were lying too late for them to think up any new lies!)

If you get totally stuck with reports you can make a request for changes and ask for final evidence to be put back slightly

ok great thanks - do I have to ask for permission to email it?

so should I not write a report then? the LA have written in their case statement that dds speech issues dont require therapy as it is a habit! I have indie and nhs reports stating dd has expressive language disorder and the LA have no evidence to support that it is a habbit. plus im not sure how the LA officer can come to this conclusion when she has never met my dd.

thanks Agnes I think I will write the report then. I will keep it factual and calm and prove every point I make by refering to reports.
It is also really important that I know that the panel will read this as I am much better at written work than explaining verbally.

Tribunal prefer emails it would seem atm - no permission needed.

should I include that school have never identified my dds needs and wouldnt request SA for my dd? I just want to bring it to the panels attention that they have never supported her needs, as teacher is now saying dd is on par with peers (blarant lie)
