UPDATE ON MOONDOG AND LOVELY COLLEAGUE TRAINING DAY - PLEASE READ!

Hi!

There has been lots of interest in the Moondog/LC training day. There are a maximum of 20 places and I've already sent out 24 forms.

Moondog has received 8 confirmed bookings, with several messages that 'forms are on their way'.

However, it was agreed that a place would only be confirmed on receipt of the booking form and cheque - it's the only fair way of allocating the places.

Moondog is going to be out of the country until just before the deadline so if you are definitely planning to come and can send your booking form/cheque tomorrow, that would be the best way of confirming your place.

If booking forms/cheques come in during her time away, Moondog will have to allocate places by date stamp on the envelopes, so you'd be at the mercy of the Royal Mail

Bum! lack of organisation on my part, will send tomorrow (wed) and take my chances... mind you as dh is doing tech support I could lurk as his roadie

I'm due to be moving house that weekend so can't come unless I can jiggle stuff around which at the moment isn't looking likely. . Please cross me off any confirmed list for now. (I know she needs CONFIRMED attendees in order for the course to run).

This has galvanised me. I've sorted my form and cheque and it's going in the post for 2 places tomorrow. Fingers crossed

It's not intended to pressure anyone, it's just a logistical issue which means Moondog won't be able to process bookings as they come in from Thursday, so will have to rely on postmarks, which isn't ideal.

If anyone does post after today, don't be alarmed if you don't receive confirmation before the deadline -Moondog will deal with it on her return.
