how long before I should chase re. assessment

Hi All,
The 6 weeks is up and still not heard anything regarding the statement assessment for my DS.
How long should I leave it before I start chasing?

I would email them and remind them of their legal duty to comply with the statutory assessment timeframe. Say you will be expecting a decision by the end of tomorrow.
