How long did it take for your tribunal decision?

I've only been waiting 8 days so get impatient! Someone i know who went 2 weeks before me albeit a different area got her decision 6 days later although sadly she did not win.

So just wondering how long it took to get your decision and if it was a refusal to assess or a part 2 3 and 4 appeal

Mine last year part 2 3 and 4 - phone up after 2 weeks to be told it had come in that morning and I would get it the next day. Next day could see the post man coming down the street and that day he seemed to stop to deliver parcels so was painful to watch him come down the street. We won that one Smile

Mine (for part 2, 3 and 4) was nearly 4 weeks. I was told at least 10 working days so I didn't panic until day 11. It was the longest 4 weeks of my life.

The Tribunal objective is 10-15 working days. If you are still waiting after that time ring the Decisions Team at SEND and ask for an update. This time of year the pressure on the Tribunal starts ramping up and so time lines do get stretched.
