Need reading suggestions for 5yo with possible HFA

Have been doing a bit of reading around and much of what I've read confirms a long standing suspicion. I think DD (5) is very mildly autistic. I would have said aspergers, but that isn't used any more I don't think. At this stage she is doing pretty well but we do struggle to manage her behaviour at home sometimes causing pointless distress all round. I think, given that resources where we live are very stretched that pushing for a formal diagnosis at this stage is pointless (I.e. I don't think she needs classroom support, for example), but that we need some good suggestions for resources to help us parent her better.
