My ds 4 who is awaiting assessment for asd likes to re enact events that have happened over last days. But he particularly re enacts videos of himself. So I video him and then for days after wards he will re enact himself in the video over and over again. Then next time I video him he will often do same script again, then repeat more re enacting. Is this possibly a form of echolalia?
He has literally re enacted it at least 30 times just now!
