best thermometer for ASD?

Anyone have any advice on how to take the temperature of a sick 10yo with ASD and other SEN? He won't tolerate poking in his ear, mouth or rectum. Tried a forehead thermometer but it didn't work at all, perhaps there are better ones out there but if so ... what do others do? It complicates matters that he can't really tell me when he's sick or where it hurts.

We have this non contact jobby as DD hates being touched especially when poorly. It can be slightly temperamental, but takes the temp is just a few seconds so you can repeat without much trauma to make sure the reading is correct.
