Tribunal Adjournment question

What happens if the Tribunal is adjourned because of one of our witnesses or legal rep? We cant claim those costs can we?

What happens if the tribunal is adjourned because of missing information? Who pays the cost?

Each side pays their own costs. Allegedly tribunals are supposed to be cheap and accessible! This happened to us as our EP lost his voice. We told tribunal but had to go ahead then got there only to find tribunal changed mind and adjourned. We had to beg our other witnesses and advocate to waive their costs (which they did thankfully)

No, you can't. You can only claim costs against the other side if they have been wholly unreasonable, so it's very rare anyway.
