I would go along with it. But insist that you are present throughout. It is your legal right to be present with your child at all assessments etc (my LA tried to stop me being with my DS during a key EP assessment, my solicitor had to send them very stroppy emails and he told them/me of my rights - so I'm pretty clear on that).

I would still serve the views you got with your evidence. And clearly point out that there are now two views - one with no supervision at all of your DD (ie the first set) and the second set under the supervision of PP.

I would also tell your DD that she has to be honest and not worry about being "told off". And that it's vital she tells them exactly how she feels about not having support. Tell her this is her chance to tell it like it is.

first set have been served - did it yesterday - okay will go with it - I think its ridiculous but also have to keep my nose clean so to speak. I think its stupid and pointless but hey im just mum and now ive got to allow her to be put through this all again. so now to arrange it around the other kids and probably means I have to take her out of school to do it.

Afterward she's done the 2nd set, still serve a covering letter saying that first set were done with no supervision ie you left her alone in room and she wrote what she liked blah blah. Also state that the 2nd set were done with PP supervising and writing down her answers (I presume PP will write her answers for her? The LA won't dare let her write them!)

yes that will be interesting towie wont it to see if the PP writes them rather than keira. im going to email them back now. was going to say what benefit do you think her doing them a second time will give her - sod it may just put that so its clear that shes being made to do them again - don't think the LA know I have served first set yet - they should receive them today as I sent them recorded delivery to them and tribunal
