I would go along with it. But insist that you are present throughout. It is your legal right to be present with your child at all assessments etc (my LA tried to stop me being with my DS during a key EP assessment, my solicitor had to send them very stroppy emails and he told them/me of my rights - so I'm pretty clear on that).
I would still serve the views you got with your evidence. And clearly point out that there are now two views - one with no supervision at all of your DD (ie the first set) and the second set under the supervision of PP.
