Ds age 7 has had various tics on and off for past two years. Iv thrown a blind eye as they've come and gone as quick. And he only does them now in the comfort of his own house. They are mostly verbal e.g. laughing loud or shouting in front of the tv.
Ds2 age 4has just been diagnosed with asd. I know the stress of all this affected ds1 and at times caused an increase in his tics. Now I'm starting to wonder if ds1 might have some form of asd as well as he's losing friends at a fast rate, has poor eye contact and very shy. His tics seen to give him comfort.
Does anyone have any experience in this. Should I do somethin about it or leave well enough alone. School have no concerns?
