I asked for these re the forthcoming tribunal appeal. The Head has come back to me saying we have IEP's and school reports what other info do we want. Do I just ask for everything in his file?

Not yet just asked the Head for a copy of all of his school records.

yes the whole file - emails, meeting notes, planning sheets the lot

My daughters class teacher nabbed me the other day as I've put in a request - she said no problem at all and they were dealing with it - however her file from her previous school is not there. Last school said they have sent yet, new school say not received it
