Vision Therapy on NHS

Has anyone here managed to get referred to Vision therapy on NHS? Who does it? The paed (who hasnt seen us since May 2013) or the GP? We have squint, GDD, hyper mobility and ASD.

My ds has vision therapy on the NHS. Our GP referred him to local hospital.

We see a VI (visual impairment) teacher on the NHS, my son was referred by his developmental pediatrician. He has mild CVI.
