Statement based on social communication difficulties

Can you please give me some help on what type of support would be expected to be documented In a statement for a child needing statement for social, communication difficulties

Oh, goodness, DS1 has this type of thing and I for the life of me (without digging out his statement) can't think offhand of the specifics. But then he goes to a specialised school and I suspect his statement may just be a bit wishy washy in that regard - which I don't worry about at the moment, as they are quite good with their support generally.

There are a number of people here that are very very good with statement info, so giving this a bump so they'll see it and respond.

These are the objective's from ds2's statement to give you some idea of what sort of things might be included

To feel safe in his learning environment.
To successfully manage internal or external stimuli including sensory sensitivities and feelings of anxiety and anger.
To develop flexible thought processes
To develop age appropriate social skills including adoption of socially acceptable behaviour patterns.
To learn from a broad and balanced curriculum and achieve his potential
To maximise xxx’s potential to communicate and to access a range of learning environment.
