14 year old Can anyone help please.

Hello All

I have a 14 year old with Aspergers,
He is home schooled as it was decided that he couldn't cope with the whole school situation, He never used to like going out but he is getting worse and hates leaving the house unless he has to and when he doe's it take him ages to mentally prepare himself,
Is there anyone else that has the same problems or can help in any way with a bit of advice,

There is a lot of stress going on in the house right now and i don't think that is helping him Bless.

Is CAMHS involved? (Assuming you are in the UK)

Im in uk, but he has been statemented and since then just left ;/

this book has been helpful for us with the Young Donki (Thank you for pointing me in its direction Poulter). It does not specifically address anxiety about going out, but it does help with anxiety generally.
