Does it matter if I do not name witnesses on the appeal form, I need to send it off on Monday and I have no witnesses....I can not think of anyone.

Just put 'TBC' - to be confirmed. The LA will probably do that at this stage. Tribunal will want to know how many witnesses each side has for practical reasons closer to the hearing.

If this is your initial appeal letter, you will receive a form, when your appeal is accepted, that you will have about 6 weeks or so to send off, depending on how long you need to wait for your hearing.

It also has the advantage that the LA has to submit theirs about 2.5 weeks before you do. I'm at the stage when I know who the LA is planning on sending and working out my own manpower response.

We waited and saw the LA witness list first and then chose who we would have.

Tribunal on Friday! Eek!
