SA application

I'm going to embark on SA application for my Ds.
I'm going to use the Ipsea model letter but my question is I would like to make my application as clear as possible and give as much evidence as I can but I am unsure of how to do it for the best. Ipsea have told me to just write down what I said to them. I'm thinking about using an advocacy agency to help me get the right evidence together to make the application as good as possible. Any views on this please would be interesting. I'm thinking if I can get it right in the first instance it might save time for the future work and submission of paperwork. I'm assuming the decision to assess is made on what is put in front of them at the time. Thanks in anticipation. I'm happy to pay if it's going to make the difference needed.
