Blu - you are sticking around aren't you?

Blossomhill · 29/07/2006 09:57

Why, what's happened?

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 29/07/2006 10:02

On the formula feeding thread Bh. She said she's off. Hope not

Lemmingswife · 29/07/2006 10:03

Oh no, what happened?

Lemmingswife · 29/07/2006 10:21

She can't leave, we all have great respect for her & value her wonderful advice & support.
She has helped me SO much. She can't go.

Jimjams2 · 29/07/2006 12:22

Blu - I will try and email you later (I know soapbox has sent your email, but ds2 wants the computer and it hasn't arrived yet). Don't go (but do have a break- it helps) xxxx

EnidsFanjo · 29/07/2006 12:27

oh blu

come on you know what mumsnet is like

don't take it to heart

Lemmingswife · 29/07/2006 12:36

Blu is keeping off MN for the moment, but she says she will be in touch with people with whom she shares specific experiences.

coppertop · 29/07/2006 12:51

I hope you'll come back when you feel ready, Blu. xxx

chonky · 29/07/2006 18:17

Ditto - you'll be very much missed if you go.

Jimjams2 · 29/07/2006 19:37

I am going to be gutted if she goes. Really gutted. She was one of the reasons for coming back. There must be a way of making a "safe" area on mumsnet somewhere. god knows how.

. I'm speechless. I kept away from that thread because of the title and it went just the way I thought it would. And I'm gutted that Blu is a casualty.

If any of you are in email contact with her please send her my love and tell her how sad I am that it has come to this.

marthamoo · 29/07/2006 19:53

We need more Blus - not to lose one

donnie · 29/07/2006 19:55

I agree. I have never intervened when a Mner has 'left' before but I really like Blu and I wish she wouldn't leave.

Lemmingswife · 29/07/2006 19:56

Awful isn't it? A huge loss to MN.

i too hope blu comes back

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 30/07/2006 10:43

I don't generally post on 'don't go' threads - much less start them. But Blu, whose going to understand my joy at a 3mm leg length gain more than you?

OP posts:
motherinferior · 30/07/2006 10:44

Blooooooooooooooooooooooooo
we love yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
please don't goooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 30/07/2006 11:26

And overlook my appalling grammar too!

OP posts:
coppertop · 30/07/2006 13:04

Has anyone heard from Blu? It will be a big loss to MN if she goes for good.

Lemmingswife · 30/07/2006 13:05

I heard from her yesterday. She is keeping off MN for the time being it seems.

coppertop · 30/07/2006 13:07

Thanks, LW.

spidermama · 30/07/2006 13:08

Blu, the thread became far more reasonable and many people learned from it. Your contribution helped. The whole debate certainly made me think and posts from the likes of you and Aitch were a real education to me.

Please don't go. We love you so.

I have emailed you. I bet I'm not the only one who has.

MrsBadcrumble · 30/07/2006 14:58

What batters said, with knobs on.
I for one am not enjoying MN right now.
Blu always posts intelligently and compassionately, and there aren't really that many posters who do. Sometimes you get one, sometimes the other, more frequently neither these days.
