fiddlies

i have put a container of "fiddlies" as DS calls them together for when we go out in the car or to somewhere that makes him feel anxious.

In a plastic tupperware pot is :
An assortment of coloured elastic bands
A key ring
A little chain
sparkly wool
little mini pen

It keeps him occupied, he sits for ages twiddling and i must admit that i pinch some of his stuff for me!!!!

What a brill idea jenk Earlier this year my son damaged his nail beds alot by flicking back at the cuticles when he felt anxious. Fortunately it was just a stage we went through, but if it resurfaces will definately try a fiddlies container, thanks
