Help Please on Explosive Child Book

Please could I ask those of you who have the incredible sounding Explosive Child book, whether or not it would be suitable to apply the techniques to a 15 year old girl? All the reviews I have read seem to mention children much younger.

Most of the examples are a bit younger but there's at least one bright fifteen-year-old mentioned in the book and the techniques are pretty adaptable.
