Who makes a diagnosis?

DS1 (7rs) has a variety of difficulties in the 'dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, ASD, ODD' family. We are currently seeing the paediatrician, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist and educational psychologist. Although they have all confirmed my concerns about the specifics of difficulties and decided that he does not have ADHD nobody has said yes he has XYZ. So really who would say if he has a specific diagnosis? I personally think he has some sensory integration issues but who would confirm this if he does have them? or am I expecting the impossible?

Thanks everyone. At the moment it seems that everyone is preparing reports for the paediatrician so maybe that is the way it will go for us. It just seems to take forever! I think I will have to do some more nagging. My main aim is that people who come into contact with DS1 will have a better understanding of why he is behaving in particular ways and that he is not just 'naughty' or 'lazy'.
