Anyone else waiting for refusal to assess tribunal?

I get the letter from the lea in a few weeks saying why they refused. They seem to be cutting it fine. Should I expect the letter on the deadline or posted on the deadline?

I itching to see their reasoning. Particularly now I have kicked up such a stink. I wonder if they have much of a case?

Dla tribunal dates seem to follow no set time frame so sadly it could be any length if time. The 5 months everyone here is quoting is for education tribunal who run to rigid time frames so everyone knows what they should be doing and when where as dla appeals you just have to wait until they let you know
