on THIS MORNING ITV at the moment Philip schofields and Fern Britton are chatting about their deep loves of Stationary and Bridges!!!This has been going on all week and i am LOVING IT!!! Philip just mentioned LAMINATORS too! Paul Mckenna just did a demomo of 'Sensory Overload' as a method to reduce a fear....OOOH! i even burnt my bacon i was grilling at the time!!!

Just had to 'share' this all you 'Obsessives' or parents of Autistic kiddies- they are not taking the p*ss...philip even wants o bring in his collection of rubber stamps,,,,OOOH ER!!!!!!

I needed this 'diversion' after my cr*p week!

I do like to keep my eye out for laminators, RObert Dyas have got one on sale but its over priced at £35.99!!! I'm now droooling over the thought of a shredder.......

Davros · 27/02/2004 11:09

P.S. sorry to hear about crap week

mrsforgetful · 27/02/2004 11:34

they've not mentioned these obsessions since i posted!!! wATCH IT MONDAY!!!!

yES THE SHREDDER WOULD KEEP DS1 BUSY FOR HOURS!!!! iloved an electric one we had in my last job- it is very theraputic feeding in the paper and feeling it being drawn in!!!!

Mind you....equaly fasinating for me would be to smash one of those enormous curved glass windows - like they have at car showrooms!!!! I am evil!!!!
I'd love my action to be filmed so i could watch it back in slow motion !!!

But please don't worry....i am not that reckless- i couldn't afford to replace the window!!!!

Oh I missed it! I'm still working through the DLA form so no laminator yet but I think it's already getting a bit obsessive. Is it normal to keep thinking "That would look really good laminated" at least 10 times a day??

I'll look forward to seeing Philip Schofield's rubber stamps!! Wahey!

I bet MrsF will have contacted Alibubbles by now via "Contact another talker" to ask whether she too could join the site where they talk about laminators.
Is there such a thing as a Stationeryaholic?
