Just noticed in our local press that there is a Music for Autism event being held at Reading Hexagon theatre on March 28th.
"OSJ (Orchestra of St John's) and Create's pioneering Music for Autism concerts return. Performed by an OSJ ensemble, international mezzo-soprano Christine Cairns and pianist Derek Paravicini, these one-hour events are organised specifically for autistic children and their families. Features include: a chance to join in the music making, lots of space for movement, pens and paper for budding artists, refreshments and a quiet room"
Obviously no idea if it's of any use to any of you but thought I'd mention it anyway - never thought I'd be able to start a SN thread !
