AS and the OASIS scale

anyone done it?

its a kind of questionare that has a scale of 0-6 which you have to answer the questions on how much they apply.

Ds's Senco has given me a copy and i have filled it in...conservativly and its mostly 5's and 6's!

I had pretty much ruled out AS because ds will point and will give hugs, seems to understand if someones upset, reasonable eye contact etc.

has anyone else filled one of these out and knows what the scores mean?
it doesn't look like we will be getting an apointment with the Community pead anytime soon and camhs here are pants.

Ive got a questionaire sitting in an envelope waiting to be posted to the Autism asessment and diagnostic service. i filled it in a couple of weeks ago and i still havent posted it. Theres no scale on it just loads of questions about eye contact, exceptional skills, who does you child interact with etc.
