I have seen on another thread that the last date for responses to this draft is Dec 9th? After going to a LA parent consultation on what our local offer may look like, I feel I need to read up and then vent my frustrations. Does anyone have a link they can post? Apologies if I have already missed this, but I am so worried about statements being changed to EHCP, provision and support being harder to get, and particularly how Autism in mainstream settings will be affected, as our LA have implied that children like my own DS (ASD mainstream), won't qualify for EHCP, just up to to schools to support from their own resources.
