Hi, I have known for a long time that DS (6 ASD) has hypermobile joints but over the past few months he has been occasionally been complaining of pain as well, which is very concerning as he rarely feels pain:(
I took him to see the schools physio last week who agreed that he does have hypermobile joint, when I asked what exercises I could encourage him to do she told me to take him to soft play!!
I have decided that I am not going to allow him to go through the pain and suffering I went through as a child with HMS so want him to be seen by someone who can give me some more accurate advise.
So does anyone know who is considered the best on Merseyside so I can tell the GP to do a referral? Thanks.
