Does anyone child suffer from these?

Ds has a lot going on ATM. He has recently got a dx and we have given it no names but have explained hiw he is a little different, he has begun one to one social skills sessions, has been presented with an ISP, has just stopped swimming due to massive anxiety, is becoming more aware of friendship issues, has has social issues now he has moved from beavers to cubs, been in more trouble at a school. Etc. sadly, we are doing all we can to help with these but we can't really stop or fix any of it.

How do you help them with their stress? (ADHD, possible hfa)

I have failed miserably to help ds2's anxiety so probably not the best person to be giving advice. It did cross my mind though it might be better to give a name to your ds's problems as knowing he is different without a reason may be more worrying than knowing he has ADHD like lots of other children. I know for me nothing is more worrying than the unknown and uncertain.
