Met Dd3's new paed today :-)

She is lovely and so switched on. She is going to help us with the transition process and also advised us on how to use Dd3's interests more to help her communication skills.

We have already started a scale of problems like polter we are using Harry Potter characters to help us. She liked the idea and told us how to maybe extend it to introducing the vocab that goes with the feelings.

I am feeling more positive anyway and just spending time with a Proff who gets it is nice. Smile

Thanks folks, I am on a roll now and have just phoned the LA Ed Psych too, to ask her what she will be doing with Dd3 when she sees her at school as we have booked and independent cognitive assessment and didnt want the LA one to do any of the same stuff with her.

She was lovely too Smile
