Morning,
I need to pick hers (or anyone else who may be clued up) on DP requests.
It was my understanding that the request itself is confidential, however can a DP officer reveal to the person/dept the identity of the requester?
It was not anything too complicated and would have assumed (like I have experienced in the past) that the DP officer would simply contact the relevant person/dept and state we need all info in relation to xxx
I could be wrong and the ICO have no idea (useless) I have looked in the manual for DP officer, and I cant see anything to help me with this question either way
