Kindle any good for reading (tracking) difficulties?

I wondered if anyone had used a Kindle for a child with reading difficulties. DS' reading is quite good but his tracking is really poor so he needs a piece of paper under the line to help him keep track of where he is on the page. I wondered if something like Kindle could highlight the line or underline it as you go along? I can only find online information on highlighting text to remember an important passage, but cant see anything about a line marker?

Any ideas much appreciated?
