How can we get her to listen & learn

DD is nearly 7 and is the model pupil at school but home life is hell. She has a condition that nobody knows anything about which has resulted in a diagnosis of Ataxic CP and parent diagnosed sensory issues.

Her constant screaming, shouting, kicking at home is horrid. Our 3yr old DS is now copying her and they feed off each other. Today was a family trip to softplay but her behaviour was so bad she didn't get, DS and DH went alone. Has she learned, not a bit. She has since dented our front door thrown sand all over her brother and shoved him into babies Moses basket.

Psychologist meets with her but not telling us anything and we don't know how to cope any longer. Discipline doesn't work, punishment doesn't work, positive reward charts don't work.

What else can we do?

Will have a look at the link, I read the out of sync child and hence I know she has sensory issues. OT signed her off as she's meeting her targets in school with regards to motor skills. All she told us about sensory was when DD loses it mum to lose her voice - no help. She gets no help in school as cognitively she is fine, think I going to call OT on Monday morning
