Why can't I find this online? I'm sure it was 4 but I can't see anything except you should be under 16

From 3 months..but unless he baby has massive health care needs it can behard to claim as they argue all babies need round the clock care .
DS2 was turned down at 1..despite being a floppy blob who couldn't do anything at all, but at 2 was awarded HRC when we tried again!

Better apply now then for my baby. Sigh. How depressing to be doing this all over again. But unlike my elder child I will not absolutely will not be in position where my baby is six and has no dx and no assessment of needs in school. Dla is yet more weight for getting these things.
