Which HCP to go to?

I have some concerns about DDs development:

Still using "you" to refer to self
Disinterest in responding to people who speak directly to her unless prompted by me or she is in the mood (maybe 30% of the time). This is not the case when I or her dad speaks to her, or she is one to one with an adult, then she always responds well.
Disinterest in other children (plays alongside and sometimes joins in chasing games, buts that's about it) and I have never ever heard her speak to another child, even though they try to chat to her.

She is 3 years 2 months now.

Do I got to the GP, HV, or a SALT drop in? Or none /all 3?

I spoke to her preschool about it and they said she was normal if a little immature for her age, but they have no concerns. Other parents who know her have said they think of her as just very focused and knowing what she wants which does not often include chatting, but I cannot help feeling there is something quite different about her.

Any wisdom would be really appreciated.

I agree with polter Salt drop in would be quick and easy. In my LA you can self refer to SALT as well.

Keep a note of anything you are worried about, dates and brief details will help the proffs to unpick her difficulties.

Good luck Smile
