Hi Kerrie. It is hard to say if this is significant or not but it is good that the doctors are getting it checked out.
There are certain facial features which alert doctors to chromosomal abnormalities, but without checking out the features and genetics of both parents, it is difficult to say if these are indicative of any issues or not. So it may just be that your baby has facial features/size that are in his genes.
Try not to worry/panic about what it might indicate and wait for any test results to come back (easier said than done, I know) and definitely don't start searching on Google.
Just enjoy your baby as the beautiful newborn that he is and give him lots of cuddles.
