head lag

hi my 11 wk old was referred to child development center for head lag not lifting head forward. they want to get bloods done. the doc pointed out a few things like to big a gap from nose to mouth thin upper lip strange cry & he's a bit short. any mum's got anything like this & what was outcome x

Hi Kerrie, no experience here and I'm not a doctor, but sounds like they suspect one of the rarer chromosomal disorders (i.e. Doc mentioned some features and wants to do a blood test). I wanted to post as I didn't want your thread to go unanswered and hopefully this will bump it so that someone who knows more than me can reply.
