i am emailing my displeasure at the lack of following the sencode of practice. ssometimes I do wonder if I only do it to pass back the annoyance to school and for bit of senco baiting sport.

apparently, they can not conform to the sen code of practice because it is a small school.

Ha ha - I didn't know the Sencop applied to big schools only - ask them where it specifies that.
On second thoughts, they won't have a copy to look at, will they?

Oh my SENCO has a copy of the Code alright, but thinks what the LA says must be right

May be we all need carry a tattered copy of the SENCOP with us everytime we go to meetings!!
