I'm feeling so low with my ds (6yrs) behaviour. It's so constant and he seems to enjoy upsetting me and his siblings. I know adhd, but it's so hard to remember its that and not him. I feel on such a downer with him. I love him with all my heart, but I often don't like him. Anyway, I want to get help so I can patent him better. Does anyone know a counsellor or anything in SE London?

I can totally sympathise with you, My ds is 7 with ADHD. I don't know about your area as we live up north but there are a few charities around here that offer support, counselling or befriending to parents of children with disabilities. I am sure there must be some in London too. I have had a little bit of counselling and it does help just to be able to get it all out!

Contact ADDIS, they have local support groups all over the place: www.addiss.co.uk/local.htm

Thank you. I will. I need it. It's been a terrible few weeks.
